Most notable companies and organizations believed in using celebs as their brand ambassadors. Some of the top female celebrity who have found favor with these companies are:

Funke Akindele
Nigerian English and Yoruba actress popularly known for her role as ‘Jenifa” is certainly the queen of endorsements with brands like Nigeria’s premier detergent, OMO, Lagos Inland Revenue Service, telecommunication giant, Globacom, Vitafoam, Jobberman.com, Qlichy.com, and  Klin detergent carrying her pictures and logo.

Kate Henshaw
She is the face of Samsung Mobile as well as ambassador for other brands including Onga and Blessing Perfumes, the A-list Nigerian actress has quite a number of multimillion naira endorsements in her vault.

Tiwa Savage
Although mostly popular for her role association with telecommunications giant,  MTN,  the first lady of MAVIN records, Tiwa , has since sealed other powerful deals such as Pepsi, Forte Oil and Maggi making her one of the richest females musicians in the country.


Omawumi Megbele
The Nigerian singer who came into limelight after the West African idol has since justified her win and is currently one of the celebrities with the highest number of contracts under her belt. Among these endorsements are strong brands including: Globacom, Konga, Mortein and Malta Guinness.

Genevieve Nnaji
This list would not be complete without Genevieve Nnaji – Nollywood’s most prominent actress, loved and adulated in urban Abuja and far-reaching cities like Owerri. The screen diva has represented several brands over the years including Lux, Cintrion Energy drink, Range Rover Evogue, Etisalat, Polo, MUD cosmetics and Amstel Malta. The most recent, Etisalat, even gifted her a customized Apple laptop on her last birthday
