According to a statement by the Secretary to the Federation Mr. Bashir the retreat takes place from 4th - 5th November 2015 at the state house cultural center.
Buhari is expected to declare open ther retreat for the confirmed ministerial nominee.
It is believed that the exercise would herald the inauguration of the ministers
